Belinda retired from the AT&T Corporate Leadership and Learning/AT&T Education and Training Organization in 2000 after 28 ½ years service. Thirteen of these years were spent in Education and Training and eight years as EEO/Affirmative Action Compliance/Diversity Manager and Trainer for the Southern and Central Regions.  Before retiring, she had worldwide (Latin America/Caribbean, Asia, Canada, Europe) responsibility as a Senior Trainer and Learning  and Performance Consultant. In this capacity, she worked closely with the Chief of Protocol office and various Ministers of the Countries she served, AT&T partners, leaders, executive teams and employees to build alliances and identify and solve business problems.


Belinda is currently President & CEO of AAH Learning and Consulting specializing in Executive Coaching, Needs Assessments/Gap Analysis, Management, Business, Leadership, Technical Training and Development and Wellness Programs. This is a company that she started with the assistance of AT&T in 2000.  She and her business partner Julius Head are also health instructors for Kaiser Permanente.


Belinda is a leader, mentor, educator, facilitator, motivational speaker and an ordained minister and prides herself on having a ministry without walls. Her passion and ministry is Health and Wellness. She is a member of the Post Graduate Association at Harvard Medical School, an NGH Board Certified Hypnotherapist and Certified Instructor, an Allied member of the Harvard/ Benson-Henry Mind Body Medical Institute specializing in Mind Body Medicine. She has extensive training in Mind Body Medicine and has received additional training and development at Mass Gen. Hospital Department of Psychiatry in Boston. In March of 2007, she completed the (MGH/HMS) Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine programs in Chronic Pain, Cancer and Lighten UP: Mind/Body Program for Weight Loss. These are advanced specialty clinical training programs for health care professionals. Her training also includes Harvard Medical School's Mind/Body training in Positive Psychology and Spirituality and Healing in Medicine: The Importance of Forgiveness and Complimentary and Alternative Medicine.   This training has been successfully integrated into AAH's Training and Development programs.


Belinda was recently invited and accepted the invitation to become a charter member of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA).  The mission of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA) is to promote the science and practice of positive psychology and to facilitate communication and collaboration among researchers and practitioners around the world who are interested in positive psychology. As such, she is also afforded an alliance membership in the International Association of Applied Psychology.


Belinda recently partnered with Neil Shulman, MD, (the real Doc Hollywood) Associate Professor at Emory University School of Medicine.  The two of them will be presenting the first of many lively, impactful and educational seminars entitled "Positive Thinking, Healthy Choices, Medical Literacy, Laughter & Gratitude = Life, Longevity & Happiness...The Real Scoop on Keeping Healthy, and Demystifying Medicine". The first seminar is on April 30, 2008 at Emory on Briarcliff Road from 9:30AM-12:00PM. It is free and open to the public.  


Belinda has served in a leadership capacity on a large number of boards in the community. She is a member of American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Georgia Council for International Visitors (GCIV), the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and Atlanta Business League.  She also serves on the healing and prayer ministry at Atlanta Unity Church, she is a hospice volunteer and advocate and a member of the Atlanta chapter of the Twilight Brigade Compassion in Action.  She is an active member of Leadership Atlanta and has served on the Executive Board and Board of Trustees. Belinda is an active member and former co-chair of the DeKalb County Board of Health PANAG (Physical Activity and Nutrition Group) and Health Equity Action Community Coalition Committees.  Belinda is also a board member of Emerging Healthcare, Inc.  She is the recipient of numerous awards and continues to be recognized for the work that she is doing in the community.


Belinda and Julius have 4 children, and 6 grand children who they love dearly. They have a very large and loving family and extended family.   She is currently in the process of completing her soon to be published book entitled, "Living Raw and Loving It: The Secret to Great Health, Increased Energy and Vitality."  She has produced and recorded eight professional and personal development Guided Imagery and Relaxation CD's entitled Success & Self Confidence, Self Love & Self Esteem, Releasing Anger & Blockages, Reducing Stress And Enhancing The Immune System, Kicking The Smoking Habit, Improving Your Golf Game and Increasing Your Focus &  Concentration. Her most recent one is entitled "Creating a New Healthier and More Productive You."  In addition to her community work, Belinda is learning to play the guitar, the Native American flute, drums and enjoys playing the miniature harp.  In keeping with their commitment to staying physically active and healthy, Belinda and Julius just completed their first ballroom dancing lessons and have made a complete lifestyle change. 


Her personal mission is to keep laughter in her heart, live life to the fullest and to make a positive difference in the world!

Julius retired from Lucent Technologies as Director Engineering in 2001 after 28 years of combined service in Lucent, and AT&T. In this capacity, he managed large customer service, project management and engineering teams.  Julius has received numerous commendations and awards for his work in the community and his ability to build and lead effective and diverse teams.  He is currently Board Chair for the GA Black United Fund serving 48 non-profits in GA including 100 Black Men and the National Black Arts Festival.


Julius joined his business partner and wife Belinda Ivey Morrow Stinson-Head in business shortly after retiring from Lucent Technologies. Julius is a business consultant, trainer, facilitator, executive and personal coach.  He is also a Health Education Instructor for Kaiser Permanente where he facilitates/co-facilitates a couples problem solving and effective communications workshop with Belinda. Julius retired in 2005 from officiating high school basketball after 29 years. He is active in the community and loves to play golf.
